15&30 sec timeframe and index

Try to add 15sec and 30sec time frame in dhan.tv also index option in watchlist so side by side we can see charts also

@Naman please add 15sec & 30sec chart timeframe in tv.dhan & mobile apps. This is useful for quick scalpers.

The 15 sec or 30 sec time frame is only available on the official Tradingview.com, they are not extended on the hosted version on Dhan.
