I’ve following open positions at present

Can you please answer which of the following numbers is reflecting the correct margin calculation?

Basket Order - Rs. 2,64,892.10

Margin Blocked - Rs. 3,99,348.50

Can you please explain why such critical issues are not fixed yet?

What should be the customer reaction after seeing Rs. 1,34,556 more margin utilised than expected?
