Can you please confirm whether the Python library that you are currently using is updated or not?
You can simply check by using following in command prompt:
pip show dhanhq

This is to check whether you are on the latest version of DhanHQ Python library or not, which is v1.1.1

In This sp cidi case ur RMS was the Hiccup, seems to be fixed today.

Hello @Gangavarapu

We checked our system logs and the API response time recorded on logs was on an average 70ms for order placement API.

I even checked this personally on my system with private hotspot, and response time recorded on my system was 180ms average. I will request you to please check whether the Python version is updated or not. Moreover, you can try individual API calls in interactive mode to get better picture of response time.

We have asked team to debug this, as this shouldn’t be the error message received.

On this, we checked the logs and didn’t find any delay caused on system. Also, no changes were made from our end. Glad that the issue got resolved.

Delay is clear in the initial video. You can see RMS response with a Lot of Lag!

The order placement on APIs is instantaneous and the same can be verified using Get Order API.

As per the videos shared by you, the orders are getting reflected without delay on web however there is a visible delay on the Dhan App. Since order broadcast is same on both platforms, the delay should be noticeable on both, which is not the case.

Hence, the lag on mobile app is a result of connectivity issue. Requesting you to try restarting the app and do make sure your app is updated.

I have updated app and fantastic connectivity. Only dhan app is being Run. I have been highlighting this since 2 months.

Try placing an order from api and check ur mobile.

Pls let me know if you are getting updates realtime or there is a need for refresh.
