BIG BLUNDER in portfolio

yeseterday i bought 5 adani share on delivery at 3952 rupees, its showing 130 ruppes profit yesterday, but today it shows BUY at 3991 rupees& 69 rupees lossā€¦

how could it be possible??
its a blunderā€¦
my 200 ruppes kaha gaya??
