The documentation is here. U can use the generic api functions here and give the appropriate instrument specifics as input to get what u want accomplished.

How often security_id got updated for options in csv file? I believe there must be some logic behind to generate security_id for options strike price and expiry.
If you can’t share that, what would be the best time to download the new file?

Seems i am able to find an alternative to load this file on daily basis automatically instead of storing it locally.

This file is updated by the exchange every day it seems if am not wrong.
