Note that MCX exchange sends the price update for Crude Oil just once / twice in a day - it is reflected whenever there is an update. On Dhan we show the spot price on options chain, the platform you are comparing it is showing Futures price instead of Spot.
I think Dhan is showing spot market price and kotak is showing future price. MCX options have futures as underlying unlike equity fno which has spot as underlying. Ideally dhan should show future price.
