Please refer to your knowledge base article here:

Dhan now allows sHNI (small HNI) i.e. HNI IPO application of 2 to 5 lakhs.

But above knowledge base article still says that HNI IPO is not allowed.

I think you need to update it stating that sHNI IPO upto 5 lakhs are allowed.

PS: 5 lakh limit is also because NCPI does not allow UPI ASBA mandate > 5 lakhs.
