I had overnight open position of 100 QTY in the following options spread, out of which I closed 50 today and so 50 QTY is left now, which visible in open positions.

However, shouldn’t the 50 closed positions be also visible under closed positions table?

Exchanges settle the transactions, so post that only open positions continue. Ones done, go to your trade history.
