Traders love Charts.
And we do understand the importance of charts for traders. This has now become central to almost all types of popular trading styles. Knowing this, we brought in a trading console for our users to ‘Trade Directly from Charts’ in partnership with TradingView on tv.dhan.co.
Over the period, we have continuously enhanced our charting experience and we continue to do so. We also have gone ahead and integrated the entire custom build trading console inside our Dhan platforms - Dhan app, Options Trader by Dhan app, and Dhan Web trading console on web.dhan.co.
Having said all that, India is a unique market and so are the needs of Indian traders who use charts. We all know that our markets are open for trading from 9:15 AM in the morning till 3:30 PM in the later afternoon. This gives us - daily 375 minutes of trading time.
While the match may be simpler, it gets a bit difficult for traders using charts as it renders them incomplete candles when they choose 30 min or 60 min time frames for candles, the last candle is complete and most studies go for a toss.
Hence today, we have introduced a ‘new’ 25 min Time Frame on the TradingView console of Dhan at tv.dhan.co.
Now this, enables our traders to visualize an entire trading day of 375 minutes in 15 candles (for 25-minute time frame), this alongside we have the 75-minute time frame (with 5 candles) or the 125-minute time frame (with 3 candles) that you already get on Dhan’s trading platforms on TradingView charts.
For your quick reference, now on Dhan following time-frames are available for our traders.
Minute-based Time Frames:

- 10 minutes
- 15 minutes
- 20 minutes
- 25 minutes
