Hi,

I understand there are guidelines set by exchanges.

But we can streamline the OTP and verification process:

  1. As soon as we open app we get a screen where mobile number is already added.
  2. Click proceed and it should auto-fill the OTP we received via SMS.
  3. Done

Kindly, remove the password field.

Since during trading hours we need to switch between multiple apps, it’s really a hinderance to enter password and OTP manually everytime.

Kindly streamline the login process and UX.

I suggest you turn on the biometric login, the login process will be pretty swift then.

Yes, rightly suggested by @Vishk519 enable biometric which is now mandatory - its pretty seamless with that. OTP process comes up only when biometric is off.
