Money blocking feature: suppose, I pay in one thousand rupees. But I only want to utilize 80% of it. In order to do that, I have to keep track of utilization of fund. But if there is blocking feature, I can proceed with fund seamlessly.

Noted, which is why we show utilization on Dhan visually, precisely for the same reason. However money can’t be blocked - there are multiple reasons why the margins gets used - SIP, existing position, change in underlying, charges, pledge, etc and so on. Also from a regulatory perspective, we can’t hold money even if we want to our user wants to.
