I want to understand if there is a multiple account management system where in, as a trader if i am handling multiple portfolios i can execute orders in all my clients account at a click of a button rather than having to manually logging into them and executing the orders.

Offering portfolio management services of ones that means executing orders in other people’s account is prohibited by exchanges and regulators. This is a serious violation, and results in severe punishment, some of the instances and have resulted in monetary fines as well as completely banning from capital markets.
Only registered PMS can invest / trade on behalf of the clients, and the procedures for doing so are custody based, different from how retail investors operate their accounts.
