Note issue on trader's diary

Hello,
In trader’s diary section, I am not being able to add any notes. It is showing," oops! something went wrong". Though I am telling you now, but I am facing the issue for quite a while now. Please help me out here.

It seems to be working fine for other users. Which platform are you using ? Could you please share your details along with screen recording on DM ?
