Price alert need to be updated

I love all the things in #dhan
Except price alert
Sometime i also forgot for which purpose i set the alert(buy/sell) if it triggers after many days.

Please add notes/naming features in alert so that it can be easy for us to remember.

This is not only from my side
But from my clients also who open account through my link.
Please look at this .
