UCC Mandate from CSDL is for Brokers - Not Users
You must’ve received a communication from CDSL today (screenshot attached) and wondered what it is about & what to do. Your confusion is understandable and you are not alone - several users reached out to us about the same message. That’s why I am writing this post to ensure that there’s clarity and transparency.
As a user, you do not have to worry about the message - it is meant for stock brokers. In fact, as your preferred broker, we are already compliant with the instruction issued by CDSL, that is, we are submitting the UCC details for early pay-in obligations, ensuring that settlement goes through smoothly.
