I am unable to add option contracts to basket in the mobile app… please help

This should not happen at first place. I tried in my device, it is working fine. Prima facie it appears an internet issue.

I am using jio fiber with 500mbps plan there shouldn’t be any issue on my end

Sorry sir for super late reply… No sir I am still not able to add option contracts to basket in the mobile app… I even reinstalled the app but still not working
