As per the Screen Shot attached, I was trying to withdraw fund from my Dhan account at 05:10pm today 03/Nov/23 on your Mobile App.
But it was not allowing or accepting the withdrawal saying its currently blocked.
Your App Clearly mentions that ‘Fast Withdrawals are only available between 10am to 5.30pm on working days.’
Now I am putting my request within the limit specified above.
I called your customer care executive, who says it can be made only between 10am to 5pm. No where on the mobile app or on withdrawal page of your website these timings are mentioned. Ticket No.1162345
Now, I need the funds urgently with requested withing the timings mentioned by you.
Request for immediate withdrawal to my account of Rs.2,00,000/-
My account should be credited today itself.
Kindly do the needful and confirm URGENT.
