What can I do now

I made two online attempts for share transfer (off market) through cdsl to my new dhan demat account on 5th & 8th April but these two attempts were rejected by Zerodha!!! But I don’t know what is the reason behind it. For this I created a ticket#20220405169565 on 6th April but till now I have not received any reply
