Why doesn't the tradingview terminal save and doesn't remember our settings?

The tradingview terminal is good but if we login into a new session the charts are reset to default settings, I’ve spent quite a time to customize the charts, candle’s color and other stuff but it was all in vain as the next day when I logged in the charts were reset to default settings of color scheme, please fix this asap.

  1. The second bug I noticed was that, when I want to load the layouts that I made and saved, it doesn’t open it but it just loads infinitely and shows a blank screen

I’d like to see these issues resolved quickly so that I can finally move to dhan for my trading

We are working to fix these bugs. Meanwhile, you can use ā€˜Templates’ & ā€˜Save Layout’ feature to save your settings.

Read the post clearly again, I said I used the save layout option but it wasn’t loading the saved layouts

Oops, my bad. We checked at our end, its working fine for me- both templates & layout. May be your cookies has older versions cache. Please clear it & try after that. We will fix this cache memory issue also from our end.

Hi @Yuvni123 ,
We have already fixed this issue. Could please try it again ? And if you are still facing the issue, please let us know.

As I login to the tradingview through dhan, my default layout shows Reliance as a script in default layout instead of saved scripts and time interval of default also went to different time interval. Kindly do the needful. Kindly provide autosaved layout at login to tradingview through dhan. And this autosaved layout will help to overcome the mentioned problem.
I request to provide you autosaved layout or rename it as dhan layout which should be appear at the time of login.
Thank you

Even I am facing the same issue… Dhan kindly look in to it

Hi @Yuvni123 @ngbhat
We have got feedback regarding the Auto Save Layout from couple of users. We are working on this and soon let you know when we fix this.

Is there any progress regarding the above issue till now? Feeling very bad, unable to save my default layout settings and chartings. @Naman @RahulDeshpande @PravinJ

Hi @Yuvni123
Auto Save Layout is live now on both the platform ( tv.dhan.co & web.dhan.co ). When there is no layout applied on the charts, the application will automatically save your settings with layout name ā€˜Dhan Layout’. And layouts will be synced across platform.

For now default stock will be Reliance , we are working to fix this as well. Thanks Again

Currently I’m not seeing any autosaved layout or dhan layout at Web platform. I’m seeing Reliance as saved script on my saved layouts.

Whatever Layout is applied, all the activities on charts will automatically get save in that layout. If you have not applied any layout, then by default system will create a layout, naming "Dhan Layout’, and all your activities on charts will be saved there.

Right now Reliance is the default stock, it will appear every time you login (but not on refresh). We are working to fix this as well.
