Why my position get square off

I was putting the stop loss in my trade after taking the trade but after putting the stop loss from cover your risk option the trade get square off can you please explain why this happens

We have checked your order logs and found it that you have selected limit order instead of Trigger (Stoploss) order for sell side.

We suggest you to place Trigger order while placing stop loss on any open position.
