As per the recent announcement made by BSE the tick size of stocks is reduced to Rs. 0.01 (1 paise) for all the stocks below Rs. 100.
This will reduce the buy/sell costs.
NSE has tick size of Rs. 0.05 (5 paise)
@pratik01 this was effective from March 01, 2023 and our systems have seamlessly adopted it. Also, the depth and volumes in BSE are significantly low as compared to NSE.
Lets see how the volumes get affected in the longer run.
