This seems to be a Signal Based on Custom Indicator on Tradingview.

They won’t Give Brokers Access to Use custom Indicators/Scripts

We have partnered with Trading View to offer the hosted Version on Dhan. You can use custom indicators from TradingView and trade on Dhan via Webhook alert.

I don’t suppose Dhan is offering that as of now.
