@Pradhan we are aware of the issue. We get the data from the exchanges via Broadcast and then we plot it. However by the end of the day, we reconcile the data as per the EOD and apply corporate actions wherever applicable. Currently we are correcting the previous (historical) data which will resolve the issue. Since the data set is huge, allow us some time to implement this. Will surely update once this is done.
Dhan system really need to cope up on charting as an first priority with smooth order execution.
I have experienced all other brokers charting system really works well most of the time. Only fails sometimes but quickly they resolve it.
This is not the first time, i am experiencing the issue with dhan.
I hope dhan resolve these issues ASAP!
