in spot chart i can set alert but unable to do in options chart in tradingview terminal

On Tradingview.com, Options are not available for information or as tradable scrips. For trading options, you can try out our tv.dhan.co.
Though be assured that whenever TradingView enables it on their side, they will be also be available to trade by connecting your Dhan account.
