How to use Dhan API?

I want to use Dhan API to fetch live market quotes (last price, volume) and market depth. How can I do it? I think I need to fill this form, i filled it for it multiple times, no reply. I am just an individual.

We are extending Live Market Feeds API only to select few partners. We will update you once it is open for all.

you have mentioned 10 qutoes/sec on your web page but unable to find it anywhere in docs.
