Impact on Trading and Settlement due to holidays on 15th August and 16th August

Stock Markets including MCX will be closed on Tuesday, 15 August 2023 on account of Independence Day. While markets are open on Wednesday, 16 August, 2023, the currency markets ( NSE & BSE ) will be closed due to bank holiday on the occasion of Parsi New Year. Further, it’s a settlement holiday. Thus, funds & securities settlement will not take place on this day.

We request you to note following impact:

  1. The stocks purchased on Monday, 14 August 2023, will NOT be reflected in your portfolio / holdings on Wednesday, 16 August 2023. They will be shown in your portfolio only on Thursday, 17 August 2023.

  2. No trading limits will be available on Wednesday 16th August 2023 against MTM profit on equity & derivatives positions, option premium credit for trades dated Monday, 14 August 2023.

  3. All fund withdrawal requests received after 05:30 PM on Monday, 14 August 2023 will be processed on 17 August 2023 after 10:00 AM.

  4. Withdrawals will not be available on 16th against all credit bill in your ledger for trades dated Monday, 14 August 2023.

Hi, I have added fund in my demat account Monday but from yesterday my fund amount is not showing in my demat account…can u please help me why its not showing in my demat account i have not traded just i have added fund on monday but now my fund is not showing in my account
