You must link your PAN with Aadhaar at the earliest if you haven’t already done so. Otherwise, you won’t be able to trade, invest and exit your existing F&O positions after 31st March 2022.

Here’s how to link your PAN with Aadhaar:
Method 1 - From Income Tax Portal
Go to the Link Aadhaar section and fill in the required details. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and validate.
You can follow the same steps and check if your Aadhaar is already linked.
Method 2 - Via SMS
Send an SMS to 567678 or 56161 from the registered mobile number to link or check the status. The SMS format is, UIDPAN <12 digit Aadhaar> <10 digit PAN>
Please Note: It can take up to 2-3 working days for the PAN to be updated in IT records.
