MTF PLDG page not responding

Hi Mr. Pravin Jadhav, Customer Care team,
I couldn’t not able to pledge my MTF POSITIONS today due to technical glitches & shared a mail with screen shots of error message. Since the time is until 9PM for pledging please look into the matter ASAP. OTP received from CDSL but OTP input page is not opening. I tried second time but repeatedly getting error message.

As discussed, pledging was unsuccessful due to you clicking on the back button and trying to submit OTP again. We have already addressed this on your registered email id as well. For any further queries, you can write us back at help@dhan.co
