PNB Housing Finance Limited (PNBHOUSING) has recently announced a rights issue to raise funds, which will be conducted by issuing 9.07 crore equity shares worth up to Rs. 2,493.76 crores. The subscription for the rights issue will begin on April 13, 2023, and end on April 27, 2023.
To be eligible for the Rights Entitlements (REs), which allow the purchase of the rights shares or their sale in the market, you must hold shares of PNB Housing Finance Limited as of April 5, 2023 (record date).
