Hi… I am facing an issue while placing an order in dhan. it showing “User in square off mode.”. I read the solutions and checked my CKYC status. It’s updated… but i am still facing the same problem… do anyone has the solution.

Actually problem is on my father’s account. I checked twice for KYC and its already updated. But the problem is still not solved. please help.
